Success, and prayer request

Success! The Waimea sheep are still inside their paddock. I will know more later when I go up tomorrow. A couple of days ago, I was sweating out the possibility that they would escape anytime because I forgot to hook up the power to the fence. Since it is an hour away, I called different people, including a couple I met two years ago. They got them off the road last week. After checking the cameras repeatedly and being relieved that they were still inside, I asked another friend who came and hooked up the cables.

An ongoing issue is that the housing situation for my four roommates and myself could change quickly, and we have to move. God has blessed over 40 roommates and me with this condo since 2007. It is owned by the campus, which means it can be assigned to someone else at any point. The housing crunch here at YWAM Kona perpetually rears its head; we have lots of land but not enough buildings. My goal would be to work myself out of grazing sheep on this parcel and see more housing built on those undeveloped acres. Also, it would be awesome to purchase neighboring lots and develop a close-knit cottage community for YWAM staff housing. From repairmen to security or kitchen workers, we are understaffed; the cost of housing, such as $4,500 per month for a three-bedroom home, is one reason why. This uncertainty about housing affects everyone in this house and other YWAM friends. May I request prayer for a financial breakthrough on this complicated and ongoing issue?
